What we collect and show publicly

When you pay for a listing, the link, the display name, the category and the payment amounts become public. Anyone visiting the site can see them. We fetch the favicon of listed sites from our server so we can show it next to the listing.

Payment and billing data

Dodo Payments processes your payment and billing data as an independent controller, not on our behalf. Dodo is the merchant of record for your payment. See Dodo Payments’ privacy policy for how it handles your data. We do not see or store your card details.

Hosting and infrastructure

The site runs on Vercel, which keeps server logs including your IP address. Listing and payment data is stored in a Neon Postgres database.

Analytics

We use DataFast in cookieless mode. It builds a visitor id from a hash that rotates daily and does not set cookies.

Why we process this data

We process listing and payment data to perform the advertising contract with you. We process server logs and analytics based on our legitimate interest in running and securing the site.

How long we keep it

We keep listing data for as long as the site operates. We keep payment records for as long as tax law requires.

Your rights

Under GDPR you can ask us to access, correct, delete or restrict your data, ask us to move it to you or another provider, and object to processing based on our legitimate interest. Contact us to use these rights. You can also complain to the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection, Cyprus (dataprotection.gov.cy).
