Who we are

These terms are between you and AuraMedia Agency LTD, Agiou Tychona 5, 8026 Paphos, Cyprus. Registration number HE482460. VAT number CY60250811J.

What we offer

We sell paid advertising placement on a public leaderboard of links. Your rank is the total amount paid for your link. If two listings have the same total, the older listing ranks higher. Your listing also shows in the ranking for the category you chose. A higher rank is paid advertising. It is not a rating, a review or an endorsement of the linked site. We do not guarantee any rank, visitors, customers or sales. Anyone else can pay more at any time and take a higher rank.

Payment

Dodo Payments is the merchant of record and the seller for your payment. Dodo charges your card, issues the invoice or receipt, and handles VAT. All amounts are in EUR. A new listing or an increase needs at least €1.00. The total for one link can reach at most €100,000. When you pay again for a link you already listed, you enter a new total and pay only the difference between that total and what was paid before. The same link, once normalised, is always the same listing. Your listing goes live once Dodo confirms the payment.

No accounts

We do not use accounts. The first payment for a link sets the display name and category. Neither can be changed later. Anyone may pay towards any listing. Paying towards a listing gives you no rights over the linked site or over the listing itself.

How long a listing stays up

A listing stays visible for as long as we operate the site. If we ever close the site, we will announce it at least 30 days in advance and stop accepting payments from that day. We refund payments made in the 30 days before the announcement.

What we do not accept

We do not accept listings for gambling, adult content, politics, financial products such as investment offers, trading or token sales, forex, or health claims. We also do not accept illegal content, links to malware or phishing, content that infringes someone else’s rights, or content that impersonates another person or business. We may remove a listing that breaks these terms. If we remove your listing, we refund the amount paid for it. You can report a listing or appeal a removal by email.

Your right to cancel

By paying, you ask us to make your listing go live immediately. You confirm this by ticking the checkbox at checkout. Because the listing goes live right away, your right to withdraw from the purchase ends as soon as it is live. If you are paying as a business rather than as a consumer, you have no statutory right of withdrawal for this purchase.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits our liability where the law does not allow a limit, including liability for intent, gross negligence, or personal injury.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Cyprus. If you are a consumer, you also keep any protection that the law of your own country gives you and cannot be deprived of it.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. A change applies only to payments made after the change takes effect.
